We’ll discuss next steps, and if you’d like to move forward, I’ll send over a contract and request a planning fee suitable to your trip requirements. Every trip we plan is unique and custom to you and the planning fee simply covers the extensive research we do to bring your dreams to reality.

You’ll have all the details in your digital travel app along with local contacts for your peace of mind. During your trip, we’ll be in contact with our local partners and with you. But mostly, this is the time when you fill your soul with adventure, peace, connection and wonder!

This is when our fun begins! And when our experience and relationships really pay off in putting together a unique incredible itinerary. Depending on your trip requirements, we’ll often collaborate with you on key options for your trip. Or if you prefer a fully-prepared proposal, we’ll send you a complete custom itinerary. Either way, you will have a luxury adventure with every detail fully planned. During the planning process, we’ll be in touch regularly and keep you updated with expected timelines for each stage of the proposal. Once approved, we continue to keep in touch to ensure you and your companions are ready for your adventure.
